• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws
• Not sharing sessions containing sensitive third-party information without authorization

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Seatwise, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that session data may contain sensitive information and agree to handle shared sessions responsibly.

7. Subscription and Payments

If you subscribe to our paid services:

• Billing is processed on a recurring basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Non-payment may result in service suspension

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seatwise, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data after 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the State of Maharashtra, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maharashtra, India.
